How long will my balloons last?
Peach State Balloons uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors including weather, children, pets, heat, cold, and debris can put the balloons at risk. We do treat our latex balloons with hi float which will extend the floating time of your balloon longer than helium alone.
Air-filled indoor balloons could potentially last a few weeks if kept indoors (no guarantee) and if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.
Can I pick up my balloons?
Grab & Go items are available for pick-up at our shop in Duluth (near Satellite Blvd & Beaver Ruin Rd). Exact address and email reminders will be sent to you after placing your order.You may pre-order your item(s) up to 48 hours in advance.
Pick-up windows are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-12pm. You can also schedule your pick-up up to 3 days in advance of your event date. Anything sooner, please complete an inquiry form and to check for availability.
Can my balloons be delivered?
Local drop-off is available for select products with a $200 product minimum.

What are your balloons made of?
We use high-quality, 100% natural latex balloons for all of our designs. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be reused for future events.
How do I set up my balloons?
Grab & Go items come fully assembled and ready for placement. If light setup is required, instructions and materials are provided. Custom installations include full setup by our team.
How should I care for my balloons?
For best results, keep balloons in a temperature-stable environment away from direct sunlight, heat sources, sharp objects, or abrasive surfaces. Outdoor use is possible but may increase the risk of oxidation or deflation. Due to these variables, replacements or refunds are not offered.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. For custom installations, brand-aligned designs, or larger event setups, we recommend submitting an inquiry so we can review your event details and create a tailored proposal.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
All balloon designs are custom and time-sensitive. For this reason, all sales are final. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
